Recreational Coaching Award: Preschool Gymnastics (Online)
This online course offers immediate certification upon completion and successful submission of the required paperwork. Please note, that although this course does not require a Mentor, it does require a counter-signature by a senior member of your organisation.
Coaching Award 1: Foundation Gymnastics (Online)
A remote learning option for the Level 1 Award. This requires the candidate to have a mentor (level 2 or above and over 21) and access to a gymnastic setting to complete the post-course practical application.
Coaching Award 1: Foundation Gymnastics (In-Person)
This in-person course is taken over two consecutive days, finishing with a live assessment at the end of day 2. Successful candidates receive immediate certification.
Coaching Award 2: Developmental Gymnastics (In-Person)
This in-person course is taken over two consecutive days, finishing with a live assessment at the end of day 2. Successful candidates must complete a post-course Learner Journal, and 15 mentored hours.
Coaching Award 3: Further Gymnastics (In-Person)
This in-person course is taken over two consecutive days with ongoing live assessment throughout. Successful candidates must complete a post-course Learner Journal, and 20 mentored hours.

Coaching Award 1: Foundation Trampolining (Online)
A remote learning option for the Level 1 Award. This requires the candidate to have a mentor (level 2 or above and over 21) and access to a gymnastic setting to complete the post-course practical application.
Coaching Award 2: Developmental Trampolining (In-Person)
Coaching Award 2: Freestyle Trampolining (In-Person)
A modern, artistic form of trampoline performance focusing on individual expression.
Action Sports Training
A cross-discipline approach to trampoline training focusing on spatial awareness for all forms of action sports and aerial disciplines. Train skills in skateboarding, snowboard, wakeboard, high diving and more with this multi-faceted analysis of trampoline movement.

Judging Courses
Traditional Trampolining
For recreational trampoline competitions covering routines up to and including regional level skills.
Freestyle Trampolining
For Freestyle competition panels including artistry and individuality scores.
