This weekend marked the realisation of a long-term goal for NRG as we ran our first level 3 training course. We would like to thank all the clubs who have stayed with us and placed their coaches on our programme from the start. We hope it is a testament to the quality of our courses. Everyone certainly enjoyed getting to grips with twisting for Vault and Tumbling, and the looks on the gymnast’s faces when they twisted in the air for the first time was priceless!
