This weekend marked the launch of a brand new gymnastics programme at Downham Leisure Centre in Bromley as their staff took their level 1 gymnastics course with us. The candidates included some of Downham’s lifeguards, who over the course of the weekend went from knowing nothing of gymnastics coaching to confidently delivering their first live lesson with flying colours, a testament to the quality and thoroughness of NRG training.
