NRG travelled to Winchester to provide level 1 training to our biggest group yet! Fourteen young coaches were put through their paces as they tackled subjects such as what it means to be a coach, their new roles and responsibilities, and learning to plan activities. We certainly got through a lot of paper, as well as getting to grips with their level 1 skills!
